There are some people who just feel like Natural Life the moment you meet them, and Hannah Harper is one of them. So when we got the chance to wrap her tour bus, sponsor her on the road, and get to know her and her family, it honestly felt like one of the most "us" things we've ever done. We're still a little starstruck, and we wanted to share why. 💕
So...who is the ever so wonderful Hannah Harper?
If you've turned on a TV or scrolled social media this year, there's a good chance you've already fallen for Hannah. She's the Missouri-born country singer who won Season 24 of American Idol, becoming the first female country artist to take the title since Carrie Underwood. Before any of that, she was a stay-at-home mom of three boys who'd stepped back from music to raise her family.
Her original song "String Cheese" is the reason so many of us found her in the first place. It's a song about postpartum depression, motherhood, and finding her way back to herself, and it turned into one of the most talked-about moments of the entire season. We cried. We're not ashamed to admit it.
Why we fell in love with her story
Hannah's whole journey is built on the same things we believe in at Natural Life: family first, doing what you love, and being completely, unapologetically yourself. Her husband, Devon, left an eight-year career in law enforcement so he could be her tour manager and keep their family together on the road. Her brothers, her parents, and all three of her boys travel with her too. Everyone on that bus has a role, and everyone belongs.
We didn't just want to sponsor a tour, we wanted to be part of a story about a mom who chased her dream without leaving her family behind! We are so so so proud of her!
Wrapping her tour bus
Getting to wrap Hannah's bus in our boho floral patchwork was one of our favorite projects this year. Watching our prints travel across the country on the side of her bus, right alongside her name in big script letters, gave us all the feels every time a new tour photo popped up. There's something so special about seeing the colors and patterns we pour our hearts into showing up somewhere as joyful as her tour.
More than a sponsorship
We've sponsored plenty of things over the years, but this one felt different from the start. Hannah shows up exactly as she is, on stage and off, and that kind of authenticity is rare. Getting to meet her and her team in person only confirmed what we already felt watching from afar: she's warm, she's grateful, and she genuinely loves the people around her. It's easy to see why her fans feel like family to her, because that's exactly how she made us feel too.
Every hug, every tour stop, every photo from the road has been a reminder of why we do what we do. We make things with heart because we believe heart is what people remember, and Hannah's story is proof of exactly that.
